Donation Guidelines

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DONATIONS OUTSIDE OR BEHIND THE STORE AT ANYTIME!

We are accepting donations on Wednesdays and Fridays between 10 am and 2 pm with a 3 bag or box limit. Donations must be clean before drop off. We are NOT accepting fall and winter clothing donations. We are NOT accepting Christmas decorations. We accept summer clothing donations year-round. Thank you!

We greatly appreciate donations from the general public. When cleaning out your home of belongings please consider the following before donating your items.

We are not accepting children’s toys or clothing. We will accept children’s books in very good condition.

Clothing : No stains, holes, broken zippers, missing buttons, etc. To be specific, if
you could still wear it…donate it. Please no used underwear and socks. Clothing must be laundered and folded prior to drop off.

We are unable to accept pillows or bedding unless it is a brand new or like new item. We do not accept bed skirts/ruffles. We are not accepting furniture.


Shoes– Please only donate pairs of shoes (singles will be thrown away), no holes in the
soles or missing the inside lining. If they are extremely worn, dirty or scuffed, we are unable to accept them.


Electronics (Anything with a cord or batteries)- We can only resell if it still works. Please NO VCRs/DVD players or any type of electronic items that we can not easily test. Please no old/vintage appliances.

Appliances/Mechanical– We cannot accept major appliances, air conditioners,
furnaces, trash compactors, water heaters, large console stereos, car parts, tires,
pesticides, paint, and paint thinner, cleaning products or any other liquid chemical to
include gasoline, oil and antifreeze. WE CAN accept items such as coffeepots, toasters etc. that are in very clean condition and obviously working. We cannot accept older appliances that do not meet current electric/wiring codes.


Games and puzzles – Please donate them if all the pieces are still with the set.


Glassware, dishes, pots and pans- We cannot sell cracked, chipped, dented or
broken items.

We do NOT accept:

  • TVs
  • Air Conditioners
  • Any large electronics or appliances that would cost us money to dispose of.
  • Used personal care products such as soap, lotions etc.
  • Picture frames or photo books at this time.
  • Cribs, mattresses, children’s toys or clothing or car seats
  • VHS tapes or players
  • Hazardous items
  • Computers
  • Chipped or broken glassware or ceramics
  • Coat hangers
  • We do accept books but they must be free of mold and odor. We do not accept encyclopedia sets, dictionaries or recyclable items such as magazines.
  • Clothing should be laundered and folded prior to drop off.
